Hallo,
ich suche ab dem 13.04.2010 einen Nachmieter für meine schön 38,88 m² 1-Raumwohnung (Altbau), direkt an der Uniklinik. Sie ist ca. 10 min. zu Fuß von der Innenstadt entfernt; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi und Edeka sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und ruhig. Küche und Bad sind extra und haben jeweils ein großes Fenster. Das Bad ist mit Badewanne und Fliesenboden ausgestattet.
Die Küche (ebenfalls Fliesenboden)enthält eine Einbauküche, die ich gerne an den Nachmieter weiterverkaufen möchte .
Flur und Wohnraum haben Dielenboden. Die Warmmiete beträgt 308 Euro (kalt 240 Euro).
2 neue IKEA BILLY-Bücherregale (4 Wochen alt) in der Farbe weiß, würde ich ebenfalls an den Nachmieter gerne weiterverkaufen.
