ab 01.07. suche ich einen netten Nachmieter oder Nachmieterin für meine 31,5m² Wohnung. Warm kostet sie derzeit 265,-€. Es handelt sich um eine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung mit offener Küche und herrlichem Ausblick über Leipzig. Das Bad ist mit WC und Badewanne. Es gibt auch einen Waschmaschinenanschluss oder man nutzt eine der 4 Waschmaschinen im Keller. Möbel hättte ich auch abzugeben - sind allerdings nicht mehr die neusten. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Tiermediziner, da die Tierkliniken nur 3min zu Fuß entfernt sind. Für alle anderen gibt es die Straßenbahnlinien 2 und 16 sowie den Bus Nr. 60. Damit ist man in 5min in der Innenstadt. Zu Fuß würde es ca. 15min dauern. Einkausmöglichkeiten gibt es auch genug. Rewe und Hit sind gleich um die Ecke und mit dem Fahrrad jeweils ca. 5min entfernt kann man auch bei Lidl oder Aldi shoppen gehen ;-) .
