Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet (3 Fenster, außer im Bad)und in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Küche (komplett ausgestattet) und die Waschmaschine sind in einem Top Zustand, Bett, Schrank sowie Schreibtisch und Regale haben leichte Gebrauchsspuren.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3.Obergeschoss in der Kolonnadenstraße 29 in 04109 Leipzig (Zentrum West). Zum Zentrum sind es knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Apotheke, Straßenbahnhaltestelle ( Westplatz) und Einkaufsmärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ideal für Studenten und Azubis geeignet.
Der Balkon liegt Richtung Westplatz, bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es trotzdem sehr ruhig und gemütlich hier.
