Hallo liebe Zwischenmietsuchenden,
ich werde von Mitte Mai bis Mitte Juni nicht in Leipzig sein und biete euch deswegen meine Wohnung zur Zwischemiete an.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3.OG, es gibt aber einen Aufzug. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, du hast u.a. einen Fernseher, eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Gördelerring, ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig, da die Fenster zum Innenhof zeigen. Die Fenster zeigen nach Süden und reichen fast bis zur 3m hohen Decke, deshalb ist es sehr schön hell. Es sind 5 Fußminuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof, bis zum Zoo und bis ins Rosental.
