Wir würden gerne unsere 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der wunderbaren Nikolaistraße nachmieten.
Die Wohnung ist von den elementaren Notwendigkeiten bis zu den Hauspflanzen ausgestattet. Unsere Kochnische hat zwei normale Herdplatten und einen Induktionsherd (die ganze Küchenausrüstung ist fähig) bzw. einen kleinen Backofen. Das Kühlschrank ist groß mit einem Gefrierfach. Es gibt eine Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Wir haben einen Kaffee-Eck mit einem Sofa und gemütlichem Sessel sowie einen großen Tisch mit vier Stühlen. Wir haben mehrere Kleiderständer (zwei für uns und ein für Jacken) und auch einen 5x5 IKEA Kallax-Regal, der auch als Raumteiler funktioniert. Das Gebäude hat zwei sehr großen Aufzüge, einen Fahrradkeller und einen besonderen Aussicht über die Stadt.

We would like to find a next tenant for our apartment in the wonderful Nikolaistraße.
The apartment is fully furnished, from the basic necessities to nice houseplants. Our kitchen has two burners and an inductive heater (all our pots and pans are compatible). The fridge is full sized with a large freezer. There is a full bath including a washing machine. We have a coffee table corner with a couch and comfy chair as well as a dinner table with four chairs. We have multiple clothing racks (one for each of us and another for coats) as well as a five-by-five IKEA Kallax shelf. The building has two large elevators, a bicycle cellar, and a great view over the city.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Leipzig. Du kannst in ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß der Hauptcampus oder Hauptbahnhof erreichen.
In der nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Penny, Edeka und Einkaufszentrum Höfe am Brühl. Zusätzlich bietet Nikolaistraße selbst viele kleine Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafes.
Auch die Öffentliche Verkehr (Bus, Tram und S-Bahn) ist ungefähr 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.

The apartment is located on one of the main shopping streets in the center of Leipzig--Nikolaistrasse. In 2 minutes you can reach the main university campus or the main train station.
In close proximity you have various shopping option such as Penny, Edeka and the shopping center Höfe am Brühl. Next to that Nikolaistrasse itself offers various stores, restaurants and cafes.
Public transportation (Bus, Tram and Light Rail) is also conveniently located 2 minutes from the apartment.
