Es handelt sich um ein 1-Zimmer Appartement mit Terrasse zum Innenhof (also Erdgeschoss) in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Leipziger Innenstadt. Dies befindet sich in dem Wohnheim der Querstraße 15 in Leipzig.
Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet. (Küche, Bett, Kleiderschrank und Fernseher.)
Nicht nur, dass der Innenstadtkern direkt vor der Haustür liegt, auch der Hauptbahnhof ist binnen 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof ist Knotenpunkt der Tramlinien. Die Campus-Universität ist nur 700m entfernt.

It is a 1-room apartment with a terrace facing the inner courtyard in the immediate vicinity of Leipzig city center. This is located in the dormitory at Querstraße 15.
The apartment is rented furnished. (Kitchen, bed, wardrobe and furniture.)
Not only is the city center right on the doorstep, the main train station is also within 5 minutes' walking distance. The main station is the hub of the tram lines. The campus university is only 700m away.
The apartment also involves infrastructure, bed, closets and shelves

Cookers with induction field, repairs, microwave and sink, washing machine
Included are additional costs, high-speed internet, cable TV, heating costs
The apartment deviates minimally from the social photos. The different photos are of other apartments in the same dorm. You are welcome to come over for a tour!
