International Student Looking for a Studio or Apartment to Rent From the Beginning of October

I am a quiet, very introverted but friendly person. It is important for me to respect whatever space I am staying in, i.e. if you are renting a space that is normally your home, I would work hard to keep it clean. I will likely most of my time at the university or out, as my studies are very important to me. No parties at home :)

I would also likely be fine with buying any furniture you would like to sell to a tenant, as I will need to buy furniture anyway. I would prefer a contract period of 9-12 months, but we can negotiate it.
