ENGLISH This cute studio is located in the typical Leipzig neighborhood of Möckern, Northwest of Leipzig downtown. Tram stop, the Weisse Elster River and Lake Auensee are very close. The Wilhelminian style building with its stucco street facade has just been renovated. The studio has a historic brick wall and the historic roof beams visible. It is facing the street and includes a small kitchenette and a separate bathroom with a shower. Beautiful stair case with historic old doors. Floor with oak style laminate.
If you are new to Leipzig or if you want to stay for just a few months this might be your perfect place, as long as you are not too noise sensitive as the tram is passing by every 5 minutes in daytime. The apartment is fully furnished as on the photos. Linen and towels are provided. No smoking. One person only. Video on the house and apartment available on request.

DEUTSCH kleines charmantes Studio im Dachgeschoss mit schönem Bad mit Dusche und Mini-Küche mit Kühlschrank, Spüle und mobiler Herdplatte. Als Besonderheit gibt es eine historische Wand mit sichtbare Backsteinen und die historischen Dachbalken sind ebenfalls schön renoviert und sichtbar.
Das Studio geht zur Straße. Schöner Leipziger Altbau mit historischem Treppenhaus.

Die Georg-Schumann-Straße - liebevoll "Schumi" genannt - wurde in den letzten Jahren aufgewertet, ist aber trotzdem immer noch ein bisschen rau.
Die Straßenbahn hält wenige Schritte entfernt am Möckernschen Markt.
In 15 min. bist du am Hauptbahnhof und in der Innenstadt, in 18 min. an der Uni. Mit dem Fahrrad ebenfalls, es gibt mehrere schöne Routen in die Innenstadt.
Die S-Bahnhöfe Leipzig-Möckern (S1) und Leipzig-Slevogtstraße (S3) liegen in Laufweite.
Unten im Haus befindet sich die Kneipe "Peters Pub".
Die Wohnung ist nicht für lärmempfindliche Leute geeignet. Man hört man die Straßenbahn und das Verkehrsrauschen. Ansonsten ist das Haus typisch für Leipziger Altbauten hellhörig und das historische Treppenhaus knarzt.
Der Flughafen und die Logistik- und Industriestandorte im Leipziger Norden sind schnell zu erreichen, auch mit dem Fahrrad. Ein Auto braucht man hier nicht.
Hohes Erholungspotenzial durch Nähe zum Auensee-Park und zu den Auenwäldern. Die Weiße Elster ist nur drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und großartig zum Schlauchbootfahren.
Schräg gegenüber befindet sich der ehemalige historische Straßenbahnhof Möckern.

Das Studio ist gemütlich und liebevoll möbliert.
In der Nebenkosten-Pauschale ist alles enthalten (bei normalem Verbrauch). Nichtraucher-Wohnung, bitte keine Raucher. Nur für eine Person.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Flexibler Check-In und Check-Out zu deinen Wunschterminen. Für angebrochene Monate berechnen wir 24 Euro pro Tag.
Die Küche ist mit einer Kaffeekaspelmaschine, einem Wasserkocher und einer mobilen Herdplatte ausgestattet, es gibt jedoch weder Herd, Backofen oder Mikrowelle. Auf der Schumi gibt es Imbisse und einfache Gastronomie. Ein wunderschönes, sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant, das "Fachwerk" ist einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt.
Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden, es gibt dafür einige Waschsalons auf der Schumi.
Falls das Studio nicht sauber und ordentlich zurück gegeben wird, berechnen wir 50 Euro für die Endreinigung.
