Die Wohnung liegt im Ersten Stock. Es ist eine Deckenhöhe von ca 4 Metern. Da es eine Neubauwohnung ist, ist alles neu. Seid einem halben Jahr wohne ich hier, deswegen ist alles in einen top Zustand. Es gibt eine seperate Küche und ein seperates Bad. Ist beides auch komplett neu eingerichtet. Es ist auch ein Waschraum vorhanden. Dort stehen Waschmaschinen und Trockner zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt über dem REWE, von daher kann man super einkaufen gehen. Zur Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß knapp fünf Minuten. Und zum Bahnhof/Uni ca. zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Also ist es total zentral. Die Nachbarn sind auch super lieb, teils Studenten und Azubis.
Schreibt mir doch einfach eine SmS, oder ruft mich an. Die SmS könnt ihr den ganzen Tag über schicken, und anrufen am besten nach 18:30.
