Hi,
ich biete euch meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an.
Ich bin BA-Student und habe hier in Hauingen meine kleine Wohnung.
Die 22 m^2 sind geschätzt. Ich glaube es ist noch ein bisschen mehr.
Zu den ca 22 m^2 kommt noch ein geräumiges Bad und der Gang in dem der Kühlschrank steht.
Meine Vermieterin ist super nett. Sie wohnt im gleichen Haus.
Man hat einen separaten Eingang.
Internet ist hier ein bisschen schwierig. Mit einem Surfstick von O2 funktioniert es günstig. Mit Vodafone und LTE schnell aber teuer.
Ich lasse euch hier:
Kaffemaschine (Pads), TV, Drucker, ein paar Sachen zum Kochen, Gemütliches Sofa, Tischlampe, etc..
Ist ziemlich gemütlich hier.
