Zwischenmiete 1Zi Wohnung voll ausgestattet

I have an apartment to offer to everyone, also exchange students, from 26 July 2010 until end of December or longer.
It is one big (18 m2) living room, small kitchen and bathroom with shower. It is equipped with furniture, washing mashine, dish washer, oven, cooking equipment, microwave and stereo. I might have to take out the washing machine in October.


The distance to the university of Mannheim: 10 -15 min by bike, 8 min by streetcar. Streetcar and bus stations are a 1 min walk. Berliner Platz/ City center with stores nearby, also food stores, Edeka around the corner. The nice park at the river is 7 min away by bike. Good for jogging, inlineskating.

Cost per month: in total about 300 Euros, 240 Euros for rent which include: water, rent, compulsory house equipment insurance.
Plus: electricity (30-40 Euros/month, depending on the amount of kWh used) + DSL internet flat rate 30 Euros/month (incl land line, Telefonanschluss).

Additionally, you need to have a German liability insurance for 3,50 Euros per month, you can easily have a short term contract with the company I have if you have none. There is NO commission to be paid, but I will need a deposit (around 570 Euros due to the kitchen equipment). No smoking in the flat allowed.
