Hallo ihr Lieben,
ab August wird meine Wohnung in Ludwigshafen-Mitte frei. Sie ist durch eine Fensterfront super hell, hat eine Küchenzeile, für die eine Abschlagzahlung von 100 € fällig wird (habe sie selbst anpassen und einbauen lassen), einen abtrennbaren Schlafbereich und ein kleines Bad. Auch ein Kellerabteil gehört dazu. Es gibt auch einen Fahrradkeller. Hier bekommt man mühelos alles Notwendige unter :)
TOP LAGE!
Rheingalerie und Rathaus-Center sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für Shopping und co ist also gesorgt. Zum Spazieren und Sporteln ist der Rhein in 3 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Nach Mannheim an den Paradeplatz kommt man in 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.
