Schönes, großes, helles 1-Zimmer-Apartment mit toller Lage am Rande der Lübecker Innenstadt. Kino, Eisdiele, Bars, Restaurants und zwei schöne Teiche sind direkt vor der Tür, so auch die Bushaltestelle Stadthalle.
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, sowohl Küche als auch Wohnung (Schlafcouch). Die Möbel können auf Wunsch aber auch aus der Wohnung geräumt werden, wenn kein Bedarf besteht. Waschmaschine und Trockner gibt's für alle Mieter im Keller. Die Wohnung und auch der Balkon liegen nicht zur Straßenseite und man hört keinen Straßenlärm.
Die Wohnsituation ist recht locker, die Nachbarn sind soweit alle nett und wenn es mal Fragen oder Probleme gibt, wird sich umgehend von der Hausverwaltung darum gekümmert.
Falls etwas frei ist, kann man einen Kfz-Stellplatz oder eine Garage im Innenhof anmieten.
