Ich suche Nachmieter für eine helle und ruhige 1 Zimmer Dachgeschoss Wohnung mit einem kleinen extra Zimmer, das als begehbarer Kleiderschrank nutzbar wäre. Das kleine Zimmer hat keine Fenster, ist auch mit Laminatboden ausgelegt.
Der Küchenbereich ist gefliest.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Eckbadewanne und es ist genug Platz vorhanden um eine Waschmaschine aufzustellen.
Von der Wohnung sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Lübecker Innenstadt. Die Autobahn A1 ist in ca. 5-10 Minuten (je nach Verkehrslage) mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Es gibt eine gute Busanbindung mit der Haltestelle 2 Gehminuten entfernt und Supermärkte liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung.
Es gibt einen Kellerraum im Nachbarhaus und einen kleinen Abstellraum im Keller des Wohnhauses, in dem gut 2 Fahrräder Platz haben.
Hinterm Haus gibt es eine große Rasenfläche, die man mitbenutzen kann.
Die Wohnung ist ab 15.6.13 frei.
Bei Interesse gebe ich die Daten an die Hausverwaltung weiter. Ein Einkommensnachweis und Personalausweis ist erforderlich.
