Ich möchte meine Wohnung in der Lüneburger Innenstadt zur Untervermietung anbieten. Die Wohnung ist ca 26 Quadratmeter, hat ein Zimmer, ein Abstellraum, 1 Duschbad mit WC, und ein Flur mit kleine Einbauküche. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock ein Altbaugebäude, mit Blick auf den alter Kran am Stint, und nur einige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allen Geschäften, Restaurants und allem, was die Stadt sonst noch zu bieten hat, und bietet dennoch einen überraschend ruhigen Ort, da es über hochwertige schallisolierte Fenster verfügt.

Die Wohnung ist ab den 30.6.2024 verfügbar, bis voraussichtlich Juni 2025 (länger ist eventuell möglich). Wegen einer Aufenthalt im Ausland möchte ich die Wohnung für mindestens 8 Monate untervermieten.

Ich werde die Wohnung möbliert und mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und komplett ausgestattete Küche vermieten. Die Warmmiete beträgt 540€, dazu kommen noch die Kosten für Strohm, Betriebskosten, und andere Nebenkosten, so dass die gesamte Kosten für die Wohnung 650€ pro Monat betragen (insgesamt Internet).

I am subletting my studio in the historic city centre of Lüneburg. The studio measures 26 square metre in total and is composed of a living/bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a storage space with fridge, freezer, and washing machine. The kitchenette is separated from the main living area. The studio is located in a historic building with view onto the city's Old Crane from the window. You can get to the city's railway station by foot in a mere five minutes. The studio is closely located to all shops, restaurants, and everything else the city has to offer but nevertheless offers a surprisingly quiet place because of its high-quality soundproofed windows.

The flat is available from June 30th 2024 until at least June 1st 2025 (with possibility of extension). The minimum duration of a rental period is 8 months.

Since this is a temporary sublet, I am letting the studio fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen. Rent is 540 EUR a month; with costs for utilities, maintenance, and internet added in, the total monthly cost comes down to 650 EUR. The studio is particularly suited to an individual or couple moving to Lüneburg and in need of a temporary place and I am happy to receive inquiries from internationals.
