Hallo,
die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und mit einer tollen neuen Küche ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist kaum zu toppen. Direkt an der wunderschönen Altstadt gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit allem, was man braucht und die Uni ist auch nicht weit.
Obwohl die Wohnanlage kein Studentenwohnheim ist, wohnen hier viele Studenten.
Die Wohnung kann teilmöbliert übernommen werden. Waschmaschine ist im Keller.
Ich habe hier sehr gerne gewohnt, werde jetzt aber aus beruflichen Gründen nach HH ziehen. Fazit der Wohnung: klein, aber fein!
Ich möchte die Wohnung gerne an eine Studentin weitervermieten. Wenn du Interesse hast, dann schreib mir eine Mail, in der du dich kurz vorstellst.
