Durch die geschickte Einrichtung wird die Wohnung in einen Wohn-/Essbereich sowie einen Schlafbereich unterteilt. Das großzügige Badezimmer bietet neben Dusche und WC weiteren Stauraum. Waschmaschine und Trockner zur gemeinsamen Nutzung sind im Haus vorhanden.
Bright and friendly 1-bedroom apartment for the summer semester 2022. Fully equipped kitchen (including oven, refrigerator, stove, etc.) and furniture (see pictures) available. The clever furnishing divides the apartment into a living/dining area as well as a sleeping area. The spacious bathroom offers additional storage space in addition to shower and toilet. Washing machine and dryer for common use are available in the house.
Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und dennoch zentral: ÖPNV findet sich in unmittelbarer Laufumgebung, so dass man mit dem Bus in ca. 17min am Lüneburger Hbf ist. Der Campus der Leuphana Universität ist direkt nebenan, bis zur Mensa sind es nur 7min zu Fuß. Ebenso finden sich Supermärkte in der direkten Laufumgebund.
The location is pleasantly quiet and yet central: public transport is within walking distance, so you can reach Lüneburg main station by bus in about 17min. The campus of Leuphana University is right next door, and it is only a 7-minute walk to the "Mensa" (Cafeteria). There are also supermarkets within walking distance.
Die Wohnung wird zur Zwischenmiete, befristet untervermietet. Der grobe Zeitraum ist der 1.4. bis 30.09. andere Daten können ggf. abgesprochen werden. Sämtliche Möbel, insbesondere das Klavier, bleiben in der Wohnung und werden zur Nutzung mit vermietet. Die angegebene Kaltmiete versteht sich inkl. aller Nebenkosten (Internet, Strom, Heizung etc.).
