Hallo,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine günstige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Lüneburg. Die Wohnung liegt unterm Dach und ist ab sofort beziehbar. Das Zimmer hat eine Kochnische und vom Fenster aus einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Landschaft nach draußen. Es gibt eine frei zu nutzende Waschmaschine und sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten, sowie Fahrradstellplätze. Neben dem Wohnzimmer gibt es ein kleines Bad und eine Abstellkammer, welche sehr gut als Kleiderschrank umfunktioniert werden kann.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel und ist mit mehreren Bussen erreichbar, dessen Haltestellen nur ca. 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt sind. Die nächsten Supermärkte sind 10 Min zu Fuß entfernt und mit dem Fahrrad braucht man nur 15 Min zur Uni oder in die Stadt.
