Suche dringend einen Nachmieter für meine süße 1 Zi-Whg. Sie liegt Nahe dem Campus im Roten Feld, LIDL, Aldi, Budni und demnächst ein Biomarkt sind quasi gleich um die Ecke!
Der PKW-Parkplatz auf dem Hof gehört kostenfrei zur Wohnung, auf dem halb überdachten Balkon kann man schön im Sommer sitzen oder auch die Sonnenliege ausklappen.
Das Haus ist recht neu, Bj. 1994, wird auch überwiegend von jungen Leuten bewohnt.
Die Duschkabine, die Toilette, Herd und Kühlschrank sind nagelneu.
Eine abschließbare Dachbodenbox gehört ebenfalls dazu, auch ist ein Münztrockner bereitgestellt für das ganze Haus.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, muss also noch nicht mal renoviert werden.
