die wohnung ist gut geschnitten hat ein kleines Bad und im Flur ein großen geräumigen Wandschrank. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich eine küchenzeile mit kühlschrank und Herdplatten. Die Wohnung hat eine Galerie mit Dachfenster. Der Große Balkon bietet viel platz und hat eine tolle Aussicht über Lüneburg. Die Großen Fenster bringen auch viel Licht in die Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist gut und ruhig gelegen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der nähe. Obwohl man zufuss grademal 15 min in die city braucht. Die Wohnung ist unmittelbar neben der Uni bzw. Zum Campus ist es auch nicht weit. In der Nähe ist auch ein rewe und eine Tankstelle. Alles zu fuss erreichbar.
Da ich ausziehe suche ich ein Nachmieter der die Wohnung übernimmt . Die Wohnung ist ab sofort frei. Zu der Wohnung gibt es die Möglichkeit ein Auto abzustellen und ein Fahrradständer ist auch vorhanden. Es gibt eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine und Trockner für das Haus. Welche man mit Wertmarken füttern muss. Gibt es beim HM.
