Die tolle 1-Zimmer Wohnung hat eine super Aufteilung, eine kleine Küche (ohne Tür) mit Spülmaschine und einen super schönen großen Balkon. Auch das Duschbad ist wirklich groß für eine 1-Raum Wohnung. Zur Wohnung gehört auch noch ein kleiner Abstellraum im Treppenhaus.
Die Wohnung liegt wirklich perfekt zwischen einem Park und der Innenstadt. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 12 Minuten weit weg (zufuß). Bushaltestellen etc. alles da. Zur Uni ist es auch nicht sonderlich weit. Einkaufen usw. Ist wirklich alles in der Nähe.
Schreibt mir bitte hier eine Nachricht mit Infos zu euch (wer seid ihr, was macht ihr etc.). Der Vermieterin ist es wirklich sehr wichtig, wer in die Wohnung einzieht. Ich entscheide am Ende nicht wer die Bude bekommt, kann aber natürlich ein gutes Wort einlegen, wenn ich denke dass es passt :)
