Schöne geräumige Wohnung direkt auf dem Magdeburger Universitätscampus mit schöner Aussicht über die Stadt. Das Apartment steht ab dem 01.06.2023 zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer. Es ist eine der wenigen Wohnungen im Haus, die über Fenster in zwei Richtungen verfügen und daher mit einem Fenster am Herd ausgestattet sind.
Zum Mobiliar der Wohnung gehören ein Bett mit Lattenrost (90 x 200 cm), ein Schreibtisch, ein Esstisch, ein Kleiderschrank mit Innenspiegel, ein Regal, zwei Stühle und ein Nachttisch.
Gerne können auch noch einige meiner Möbelstücke wie das Schlafsofa, das große Bett, der Waschbeckenunterschrank und die Tischspülmaschine übernommen werden.
Des Weiteren gibt es im Haus Waschmaschinen und Trockner, ein Fahrradkeller, eine Lounge im Foyer und Pkw-Stellplätze zur Anmietung.
Nach Absprache kann die Wohnung gerne besichtigt werden (auch online möglich).

Nice spacious apartment directly on the Magdeburg University campus with a beautiful view over the city. The apartment is available from 01.06.2023.

The apartment consists of a living-/bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. It is one of the few apartments in the building that has windows in two directions, so it is equipped with a window next to the stove.
The furniture of the apartment includes a bed with slatted frame (90 x 200 cm), a desk, a dining table, a closet with an interior mirror, a shelf, two chairs and a bedside table.
If you want to, some of my furniture can also be taken over, such as the large bedframe, the sofa bed, the sink cabinet and the table dishwasher.
Furthermore in the house, there are washing machines and dryers, a bicycle basement, a lounge in the foyer and car parking spaces, that are available for rent.

After consultation, the apartment can be viewed (also possible online).
