I leave my apartment on 13. April! So I am looking for someone to stay in my place!
Its a 1 Room apartment in front of Listemannstr. Tram stop.
1 bed+ mattress; wardrobe; freezer; furniture for kitchen; 1 desk belongs to the apartment
And I bought separeted to the apartment: 1 sofa (that turns into a bed for 2 people), 1 tv, 1 glass table; 1 desk for the tv; curtain; mirrow. evreything you need for the kitchen (pans, glasses, dishes, everything...) So all this furnitures I am selling for 220 euro.
The building has a washmachine and a dryer machine. And you also have a place to park your bike!
The "Listemannstr. tram stop" its in front of the apartment, where you can take the tram number 2 or 5 or night bus 91.
The apartment its 3 min walking to get to the univeristy OvGU, so the location its really good, and the apartment its pretty new.
Rent: 260 euro
Kaution: 450 euro (they give it back when you leave the apartment, if you everything is ok in th apartment)
Energy: 19 until 33 euro
And if you want to contract internet yourself then you should pay from 19 euro until 29 euro per month!
