Mein Apartment wird zum 01.07.2018 frei und sucht einen neuen Nachmieter/in, welche/r gerne im schicken Campus Tower mitten auf dem Campus der Otto-von-Guericke Universität wohnen möchte.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert (Schreibtisch, Bett mit Matratze, Kommode, Nachtisch, Kleiderschrank, Küche, Küchentisch, Stühle, Flurschrank und komplett eingerichtetes Bad) und 32 Quadratmeter groß, die perfekte Studentenwohnung also.
Die 335 Euro beziehen sich auf die Warmmiete (inklusive Wasserflatrate, Heizkosten und Strom). Lediglich das Internet muss dazu gezahlt werden, wobei sich die Kosten auf ca. 15€ beziehen.
Falls euer Einzugstermin etwas variiert könnt ihr euch trotzdem gerne bei mir melden und wir finden einen Kompromiss.

My apartment in Campus Tower will be free from 01.July 2018.
It's 32 square meters big and completely furnitured. The rent of 335€ includes a water flat, heating and electricity costs, you only pay 15€ additionally for internet if you want to. If you plan to move in on a different date contact me anyway and we can talk about it.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt auf dem Campus und die nächste Straßenbahnstation "Universität" könnt ihr aus dem Fenster sehen.
Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 2 Straßenbahnstationen entfernt (Edeka, Lidl, Penny, Kaufland) und zum Studentenclub Baracke ist es nur 50m weit.
Die perfekte Wohnung für Studenten in Magdeburg.
Directly on the campus, next to the tram station "University" which you can see out of your future window.
The next super markets are only two stations away and the famous student club "Baracke" is basically next to your door.
Der Campus Tower ist mit zwei Aufzügen ausgestattet, die natürlich jedem zur Verfügung stehen. Außerdem gibt es im Waschkeller 2 Waschmaschinen und 2 Trockner die genutzt werden könne (3€ pro Wäsche inklusive Trockner).
Die nächste Bar befindet sich in der ersten Etage, so das ihr nicht mal weit laufen müsst für ein kühles Bier ;)
Campus Tower has two elevators, 2 washing machines and dryers which can be used by everybody (3€ for washing including drying).
