Durch ein Auslandsemester würde ich gerne meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung für ein Semester untervermieten. Die frisch renovierte Wohnung befindet sich im Wohnheim 4 des Studentenwerks Magdeburg und kann daher nur an Studierende vermietet werden. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche mit Ceranfeld, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, einem Bad mit Dusche und WC sowie dem Schlafzimmer mit 140x200cm Bett, Schrank, Regal und zwei Schreibtischen.
Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Keller des Gebäudes. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über ausreichend Parkplätze.
Renting only possible for students!
Due to a semester abroad I would like to sublet my 1-room apartment for one semester. The freshly renovated apartment is located in dormitory 4 of the Studentenwerk Magdeburg and can therefore only be rented to students. The apartment consists of a kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, a bathroom with shower and toilet and the bedroom with 140x200cm bed, wardrobe, shelf and two desks.
Washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the building. In addition, the apartment has ample parking space.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf dem Hauptcampus der Otto-von-Guericke Universität direkt neben der Bibliothek, Mensa und der Sporthalle 3. Alle Universitätsgebäude sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen und ist damit ideal für OVGU Studenten geeignet.
Direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich die Straßenbahnhaltestellen "Askanischer Platz" und "Universitätsbibliothek". Von dort aus kann man in 6 min zum Alten Markt und in 10 min zum Hasselbachplatz und Hauptbahnhof.
Einkaufen kann man im NP-Markt in der Jakobstraße, der ca. 500m von der Wohnung entfernt ist und wochentags bis 24 Uhr geöffnet hat.
Mit dem Studentenclub "Baracke" und der "Festung Mark" befinden sich auch zwei Clubs direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung.

The apartment is located on the main campus of Otto von Guericke University right next to the library, Mensa and sports hall 3. All university buildings can be reached in a few minutes on foot and is therefore ideal for OVGU students.
Directly near the apartment are the tram stops "Askanischer Platz" and "University Library". From there you can get to the "Alter Markt" in 6 min and to Hasselbachplatz and the main train station in 10 min.
Shopping can be done in the NP market in Jakobstraße, which is about 500m away from the apartment and is open until midnight on weekdays.
With the student club "Baracke" and the "Festung Mark" there are also two clubs directly near the apartment.
