Ich suche einen neue/n NachmieterIn für meine Wohnung am Hassel in der Sternstraße. Nicht nur ideal für Studenten sondern auch für berufstätige Singles.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus in der 3. Etage und hat einen Balkon zum Innenhof.
Das Bad ist schön geräumig und mit Fenster. Die Küche wird mit vermietet, was ich als großen Pluspunkt empfinde.
Die Lage ist top und ich habe die Nähe zum Stadtpark immer sehr genossen.
Da sie im Hinterhaus liegt, kommt der Straßenlärm nicht an, egal ob von den Bars oder Demos 😉.
Gerne kann sie besichtigt werden. Vorschlag mit Tag und Uhrzeit machen und ich schau,ob es passt.
