Ich suche eine(n) neue(n) Nachmieter(in) für die wunderschöne 1- Zimmer Wohnung in der Basedowstraße.
Die Wohnung ist 40 m2 groß und für eine Person genau richtig. Mindestmietdauer sind 12 Monate inkl. 3 Monate Kündigungsfrist.
Ich habe mich immer sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung, es ist sehr hell und ruhig. Eine Einbauküche ist mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Spüle verfügbar. Alles ist im guten Zustand und im Mietpreis miteinbegriffen.
Meine Wohnung hat wie beschrieben ca. 40 m2 und liegt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Straße. Buckau ist wie ich finde der hübscheste Bezirk in Magdeburg und die Wohnung liegt sehr nah zum Hasselbachplatz (Fahrrad 5 min) und zur Elbe (5min). Es gibt einen Aldi quasi um die Ecke, der auch zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar ist. Der Bahnhof Buckau ist 3 min entfernt und die Tram (Station Warschauer Straße) ca. 7 min zu Fuß.
Für Fahrräder gibt es im Hof einen Stellplatz und in der Straße kann man gut parken. Rauchen und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Bei Interesse an einzelnen Möbeln kann ich auch separate Fotos schicken.
Der Mietpreis kann zum Einzug leicht abweichen, mit 360€ kann aber ungefähr gerechnet werden.
