Bedingt durch einen Umzug möchte ich hiermit meine Wohnung zur Nachmiete ab dem 01.12.2011 anbieten.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 231 € / Monat. Ein Balkon und ein eigener Keller sind mit einberechnet.
Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert, also stehen bereits drin:

- großes Bett, Sessel, Glastisch, Spiegel, Beleuchtung installiert !!
- TV mit Anschluss, Gästebett
- Gardinen, Geschirr, EBK, Kühlschrank, Herd
Wohnung ist im sehr guten Zustand, da sie vor einem Jahr saniert wurde.
Da ich die Einrichtung aus eigener Hand bezahlen musste, ist eine einmalige Zahlung für das Möbiliar im Voraus von Nöten (Verhandlungsbasis).
Haustiere nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter sowie Kaution.
