Zum 15.05. (oder 01.06.) wird meine geliebte kleine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung frei!

Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung besteht aus einemTageslichtbad, einem kleinen Flur, sowie einer Einbauküche und einem Balkon zum Innenhof. Die Sonne scheint hier quasi den ganzen Tag! :)
Im Innenhof gibt es auch Platz um dein Fahrrad abzustellen.Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es gibt aber trotzdem auch einen Aufzug.

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Die Wohnung ist direkt zwischen dem beliebten Studentenvertiel der Neustadt sowie der Mainzer Altstadt gelegen. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß, zum Rhein 5 Minuten. Direkt vor der Tür fahren mehrere Buslinien, die dich innerhalb von 10 Minuten an die Uni bringen.

Um den Platz am besten nutzen zu können, habe ich ein maßgeschreinertes Hochbett einbauen lassen. Außerdem bleiben in der Wohnung:
- Matratze und Lattenrost
- Ventilator mit Fernbedienung
- Balkonmöbel und Markise auf dem Balkon
- Waschmaschine und Jalousie im Bad

Dafür nehme ich eine Ablöse von 750 Euro und du kannst ganz entspannt einziehen.
