Ich suche zum 01.12.2016 (evtl auch etwas früher) eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine 1 Zimmer Dachgeschosswohnung, ca 35qm (5. Stock) in der Mainzer Altstadt (Holzhofstrasse).
Die Einbauküche ist schon in der Miete mit drin, ebenso die Waschmaschine und bei Bedarf ein paar Möbel (Regal, Kommode, Küchentisch).
Unter den Dachschrägen befinden sich praktische kleine Türchen, hinter denen zusätzlich Stauraum zur Verfügung steht :)
Die Wohnung kostet 300€ kalt + 80€ Nebenkosten (Heizkosten inkl.) !
Besichtigungstermin SAMSTAG, 22.10. von ca. 09:00 - 13:00 Uhr oder nach Vereinbarung.
