Hallo an alle Interessierten,
da ich in der angegebenen Zeit ein Praktikum in Hamburg absolviere, stelle ich gerne meine Wohnung zur Verfügung. Die Miete beträgt 310 Euro + 13 Euro Strom für einen Monat, ich würde es dann auf die Zeit die du bleiben willst umrechnen. Meine Möbel lasse ich natürlich alle drin, du bist also voll ausgestattet wenn du auf Internet und einen Festnetz-Anschluss verzichten kannst. Das Zimmer ist wirklich schön, ruhig und hell, Bad und Küche sind separat vom Wohn-und Schlafraum und du hast einen großen Balkon. Die Busanbindung ist prima und nur 1 Minute von der Wohnung entfernt, in 8 Minuten ist man an der Uni, in 12 am Bahnhof und in der Innenstadt. Außerdem fahren Nachtlinien an meiner Haltestelle vorbei:-))
