Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und besitzt eine fast noch neue, sehr schöne Küche. Auch das Bad wurde vor wenigen Tagen erst renoviert(Tageslichtbad). Der Teppichboden wird vor Einzug gegen Laminat ausgetauscht. In dem Haus wohnen sechs sehr nette Parteien, darunter auch die Vermieter. Das Zimmer liegt zur Straße hin, dem Haus ist jedoch ein kleiner Innenhof vorgeschaltet. Bei Bedarf kann man dort sein Fahrrad abstellen. Direkt vor der Tür fährt die Linie 52 ab in Richtung Hauptbahnhof /Schillerplatz. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 min an der Universität. Zu fuß in etwa einer viertel stunde. Ein supermarkt befindet sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung kann am Samstag, dem 27.10.2007 von 8-12 uhr besichtigt werden.
