Hi,
ab Ende November für 3 Monate wird meine Wohnung frei, die ich untervermiete. Die Wohnung liegt in Drais in einer sehr ruhiger Lage mit einem relativ großen Balkon. Als Einzugsdatum habe ich 01.12 angegeben, die Wohnung wird aber wahrscheinlich schon ab 28.11 einzugsbereit sein. Den Vertrag würde ich für 3 Monate machen. Es ist gut möglich, dass man ihn danach um einen weiteren Monat verlängern kann. Ich kann es aber jetzt nicht 100% versprechen, daher erstmal nur für 3 Monate. VG
