Das Zimmer liegt in der 2. Etage im Studentenwohnheim Wallstraße.
Es wird voll möbliert ohne Abschlagszahlung weitergegeben. Dazu gehören: Bett mit Matratze, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Regal, Kleiderschränke, kleiner Esstisch mit Stuhl, Küche.
Die Küche und das Bad müsst ihr euch mit niemandem teilen, was ich persönlich immer super fand.

Auf dem Wohnheimgelände befinden sich ausreichend eigene Parkplätze, sodass es hier nie Probleme gibt.
Für eure Fahrräder sind abschließbare Garagen vorhanden.
Die Bushaltestelle ist 1 min entfernt. Von hier aus sind es 5 Haltestellen bis zur Uni.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Edeka und Aldi sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Im Keller gibt es eine Bar mit Kicker und Billardtisch.
