Man hat eine super Busanbindung zum Hauptbahnhof (15 min) und zur Uni (12 min). Die Haltestelle (Linie 57, 62 und Nachtbus 92) befindet sich direkt vorm Haus. Außerdem ist die Straßenbahn (Linie 50, 51) in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi und Minimal sowie das Frei- und Hallenbad, Post und Sparkasse sind ganz in der Nähe. Direkt um die Ecke befinden sich außerdem Minimal-Getränkehandel, Apotheke, Döner, Bäcker, Eisdiele, Sonnenstudio . . . und vieles mehr.
Abwechslung bietet ein Tierpark, der nur etwa 5 min entfernt ist.
