Für meine helle und ruhige Wohnung in Gonsenheim suche ich ab dem 01.10.2015 einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses und hat neben einem großen Wohn- und Schlafraum eine abgetrennte Küche (Durchgangszimmer), Abstellkammer, Flur und Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschinenanschluss. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Balkon. Im Mietpreis enthalten ist zusätzlich ein eigener Stellplatz und ein Kellerabteil.
Im Flur steht ein großer Schrank, der für 300 Euro übernommen werden sollte.
In der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Café etc. sowie eine Bushaltestelle von der aus die Linien 57, 62 und 92 fahren. Mit der 57 erreicht man in 15 Minuten die Uni. Außerdem gelangt man schnell zur Autobahn.
Die Wohnung ist nur für eine Person gedacht. Bei Interesse schreibt mir gerne eine Nachricht :)
