Hallo,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein 1 zimmer Appartement im Studentenwohnheim.
Das Wohnheim liegt in Hartenberg/Münchfeld.
Das Zimmer bedinfet sich im 2ten Stock in ruhiger Hoflage.
Es ist bereits möbiliert, dh es verfügt über ein Einzelbett, einen Schrank, ein Regal und einen Schreibtisch.
Zudem hat es ein eigenes Bad und eine Kochnische.
Das Wohnheim liegt in Laufnähe zur Uni (circa 5 min).Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 3 min entfernt. Von dort hat man direkten Anschluss zum Hbf (4min) und in die Innenstadt (10min).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden: Bis zu ALDI und EDEKA im King Park Center sind es nur 5 Min zu Fuß.
Dort befindet sich auch eine Post und eine Volksbankfiliale.
Insgesamt liegt das Wohnheim in sehr ruhiger Lage.
Im Keller bestehen Wasch und Trockenmöglichkeiten. Desweiteren gibt es einen Grillplatz und Fahrradstellplätze.
Leider kann das Appartement nur an Studenten vermietet werden.
Ich habe wirklich gerne dort gewohnt und ziehe wegen eines Studienortwechsels aus.
