Die Wohnung ist ca 21m² groß, hinzu kommt ein Balkon von ca 11m² größe. Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden, da diese jedoch aus Privatbesitz stammt und nicht in der Wohnung enthalten ist, möchte ich sie verkaufen. Gleiches gilt für die Waschmaschine, welche in einem extra vorhergesehenen Wäsche Keller steht. Preise hierfür sind nach Besichtigung verhandelbar.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Straßenbahnlinie 52, mit welcher man innerhalb von 10 min am Schillerplatz (Innenstadt von Mainz) ist. Weitere Straßenbahnlinien 50 und 51 sind innerhalb von 5 min zu erreichen. Den Ortskern erreicht man innerhalb von 5 min zu Fuß. Dort finden sich Ärzte, Supermarkt, Obstläden, Bäcker, Post, Bank, Apotheke und viele mehr.
Vermutlich ist die Wohnung schon ab Mitte Juli frei. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist mit monatlich 25 Euro anmietbar, es sind jedoch genug freie Stellplätze auf der Straße vorhanden. Haustiere sind in der Regel kein Problem. Käfigtiere dürfen ohne Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter gehalten werden. Bei größeren Tieren z.B. Hund oder Katze sollte eine Rücksprache mit der Vermietung stattfinden.
