Exchange-student going back to her home country offers hers one-room apartment in the new, clean and peaceful student housing area for one month and half from 11th of August till the end of the September 31th /Einzehl Appartement zu nachmieten in Kisselberg Student Wohnheim 11.8-31.9
The room is furnished (a table, a closet and a bed), in addition some other furnitures and home equipments (bedding, kitchen tools, shower curtain etc.).
The rent would be 200€ from August and then the whole rent 350€ for September, alltogether 550 for this whole time 11.8-31.9.2016. The rent has to be paid before the moving. The room for one person is in really good condition, so the sub-leaser is expected to take good care of the room and do the final cleaning in the end of September.
The location is very good next to the Johannes Gutenberg University and with good public transportation to the city center. By bus it takes 15 minutes to the city center. To the university it takes 10 minutes to walk. There are several bus stops in the walking distance of five minutes.
The room is sub-leased only for students and official contract about sub-leasing is done in the office of the student housing. It is possible to see the room before moving in. The contacts is preferred to be taken either with the email () or by the text in phone since I rarely is able to answer to calls (+358 ----/-------.
