Die Wohnung wurde vor meinem Einzug frisch renoviert und enthält alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Folgende Möblierungen sind derzeit drin: Bett, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Kücheneinrichtung (vollständig), Waschmaschine.
Die Möbel können bei Bedarf übernommen werden gegen eine Ablösesumme.
Sollten irgendwelche Fragen bestehen, beantworte ich sie gerne!
Die Lage der Wohnung ist trotz des außerhalb gelegenen Stadtteils Laubenheim sehr gut. Der Bahnhof Laubenheim ist 3 Gehminuten enfernt, die Bushaltestellen in alle Richtungen 1 Minute. Eine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder hinter dem Haus gibt es auch!
Ich vermiete die Wohnung erstmal für 3 Monate unter, es besteht jedoch voraussichtlich die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung langfristig anzumieten. Hierbei kann es nur möglich sein, dass ich einige Möbel im Anschluss mit nehme.
