Hallo, da ich zwecks meiner Ausbildung für 2 Monate nach Kroatien gehe, möchte ich gerne meine Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum untervermieten. In der Wohnung ist eigentlich alles soweit vorhanden, sodass nur noch die Laken getauscht werden müssten ;-) DSL mit W-Lan ist verfügbar, ebenso wie der Telefonanschluss natürlich mit flatrate.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 333 EUR, dazu kommen 32 EUR Strom und 30 EUR für den Telefonanschluss.
Zu Fuß liegt die Wohnung ca. 10 min. vom Hbf entfernt, die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle (50, 51) ist in etwa 3 min. zu erreichen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich in direkter Nähe zu Genüge.
Falls Interesse besteht, ruft doch einfach mal durch, am besten nach 18:00 Uhr.
