Die Wohnung verfügt über einen sehr großen und gemütlichen Wohn- und Schlafraum mit Blick auf die belebte Neutorstraße. Es grenzt über eine Garderobe am Eingangsbereich an die Küche an. Dort gibt es eine kleine Kochnische mit Herd und Spüle und einem kleinen Esstisch. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und biete Platz für eine große Badewanne und die Waschmaschine. Ein großes Fenster sorgt für angenehmes Licht.
Die Wohnung liegt in der schönsten Gegend von Mainz, der Altstadt. Direkt vor der Tür ist ein kleiner Platz mit Italiener, Eisdiele und zwei Supermärkten (Teegut und Penny). Einmal in der Woche findet auch ein Bio-Wochenmarkt statt. Zum Dom sind es keine 5 Minuten und zum Rheinufer noch weniger. Mit günstiger Lage zum Südbahnhof ist der Hauptbahnhof keine 3 min S-Bahnfahrt entfernt. Uni, Uni-Klinik und ZDF sind in Fahrrad-Reichweite.
