Hallo, da ich umziehe, suche ich ein(e) Zwischenmieter(in). Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, es gibt einen Balkon, ein großes Zimmer mit einer küche auch, und eine Badzimmer!
Miete ist 380e aber ich mache es 250e für euch ! Im fall ihr braucht, ich kann auch meinen Ofen und mikrowelle lassen ! Darüber können wir reden !
Es gibt auch einen Schreibtisch mit stühle, einen Tisch um zu essen ( du kannst den tisch auf dem Balkon lassen und auf dem Balkon früstücken, es ist super toll ! ), ein Bett.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben die Uni, was sehr praktisch ist ! Um einzukaufen, ist es nicht so weit, es gibt bus nach Gutenberg center oft, oder auch zum HBF!
Entweder von Kisselberg ( 54,55,58,9) oder von Fachhochschule ( 69, 68, 650, 75 ).

Sie können sehr gern vorbei kommen, um die Wohnung zu sehen ! ( Für Leute im Ausland, wir können auch skypen ! )
