This is a student apartment belongs to Mainz University. The room is a fully furnitured singe room apartment. It includes a private kitchen and bath room. The kitchen has two stoves, a sink, a refrigerator and plenty of place to store kitchen staffs. The bath room contains a sink, a shower, a toilet and a mirror. The other equipments in the room include one bed, two tables (one large and one small), two chairs (I will leave two other chairs if she/he wants), one large shelf and one small shelf, one garderobe.

The rent is 402 euros per month with everything included (internet, electricity, water, and heating). There are plenty of free parking places around the building. It is very convenient to access to the public transport, you can reach to the bus station within 2 minutes with bus 69, 68, 75, 650. The main station can be reached within 10 minutes by bus. The building is very near to the Mainz University, Max-planck institute for Polymer/Chemistry research within 3-6 minutes on foot.

I am going to leave the room, so I am looking for someone to replace me. Because the room is belonged to Mainz University, it is restricted to the students from Mainz University or the registered Ph.D students from Max-Planck institute for Polymer/Chemistry research.
