Ich suche ab dem 01.05 einen Nachmieter für meine gemütliche Einzimmerwohnung. Wie oben beschrieben hat die Wohnung eine eigene Küchennische und ein eigenes Bad mit (Dusch-) Badewanne. Vom Balkon aus sieht man von der Seite den Rhein. Aufzug, Fahrradkeller eigenes Keller-Abteil ist vorhanden. und es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner zur Mitbenutzung.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und die Abschlagszahlung für alle Möbel beträgt 350 Euro. Dazu gehören ein Sofabett, eine ausklappbare Couch, ein Kleiderschrank, diverse Regale, ein Fernseher , zwei kleine Teppiche , einen Esstisch mit Stühle, Vorhänge,Sofatisch, Austattung im Badezimmer.
Die Bushaltstelle Brückenplatz liegt direkt vor dem Haus. Von dort aus ist der Kasteler Bahnhof in 2 min zu erreichen, und der Mainzer HBF ist in 8 min zu erreichen. Zur Innenstadt läuft man 5 min. Der Rhein ist in 2 Fußminuten zu erreichen. die Verbindung nach WI und FFM ist gut
