aufgrund meines bevorstehenden Auslandssemesters bin ich auf der Suche nach einer zuverlässigen Zwischenmieterin (Nichtraucherin), im Zeitraum vom 15. August 2018 bis zum 15. August 2019.
In der Gesamtmiete von 480€ sind Nebenkosten, Internetkosten und Stromkosten ... inklusive.
Meine Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ausgestattet mit einem Bett (140x200cm) , einem Schreibtisch plus Schreibtischstuhl, einen Esstisch ,ein Regal, 2 Barhocker, Kleiderschrank, einer eigenen Waschmaschine.
Die Kochnische besitzt 2 Herdplatten , eine Spüle und einem kleinen Kühlschrank.
Zudem besitzt die Wohnung ein kleines Bad mit Dusche.
Meine Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage , der Hauptbahnhof befindet sich etwa 15 Minuten entfernt von der Wohnung.
Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Schillerplatz),
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
