This single room is in Wohnanlage K3 (one of the university dorm). My room is at the ground floor and great size(27 ㎡). There are such as kitchen, bed(including mat), big/small tables, two chair, one bookshelf, a closet and so on. Also, you can use the Internet in room and laundry of the doom. You don't need to pay any deposit when you actually rent my room, and the rent fee is 405 €.
