Hi everyone : )
My name is Georgios. I rent my room in a student residence in Mainz.
The apartment is really nice, but I'm currently planing on moving in with my partner. That's why I urgently need to find a resident so that I don't have to pay double rent until the end of my rental contract (09/30/2022). That would actually not be possible for me as I am a student.
So, the location is wonderful. We are here near the university (10 minutes on foot) Rewe is just around the corner. Bus stop is 4 min walking distance. The public transport is very accessible and regular.
If you're a jogging junky then welcome - there are parks everywhere. I also think it's nice that you don't have to buy any furniture or anything like that. The apartment is all set up and ready for moving in.
