Ich suche eine/n zuverlässigen Nachmieter/in für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, dass aber nicht zu groß ist. Nette Nachbarn, ruhige Lage, eine gute Hausverwaltung, die sich schnell kümmert, wenn es Probleme geben sollte.
Der Balkon ist schön groß und hat viel Sonne, so dass die Wohnung schön hell ist.
Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe der Uni (10min Fußweg) und der FH. Die Busanbindung in die Stadt ist Ideal, liegt an den Buslinien 56 und 57. REWE, EDEKA, ALDI sind ganz in der Nähe.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, obwohl viele junge Menschen hier wohnen. Es gibt viel grün in der Nähe.
Ich möchte alle Möbel zum Kauf anbieten. Sie sind in gutem Zustand und nutzen den Platz in der Wohnung ideal. Da ich nach Hause ziehe brauche ich sie nicht mehr.
Einen Waschmaschinenanschluss gibt es leider nicht in der Wohnung. Aber einen Waschsalon in der Nähe des Bahnhofes. Wenn man oft nach Hause fährt, ist das ja eh dann kein Problem.
