Hallo,
Da ich ab 01.09. in eine WG ziehe wird mein 1-Zimmer-App. in der Richard-Schirrmann-Str. im Stadtteil Münchfeld frei!
Die Wohnung ist trotz ihrer 18qm geräumig und hat mir vom Platz her immer gereicht :-).
Sie verfügt über eine kleine Kochnische mit zwei Herdplatten, Spüle und Kühlschrank. Außerdem hat die Wohnung ein kleines Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche.
Durch das große Fenster ist die Wohnung auch schön hell und freundlich.
Im Haus ist ein Waschraum vorhanden.
Die Bushaltestellen Münchfeld und Richard-Schirrman-Str. von denen die Linien 56 und 57 abfahren sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Bis zum Hbf fährt man 10min, bis zur Uni gerade mal 4min!
Auch zu Fuß erreicht man in noch nicht mal 20min die Uni, was besonders praktisch ist, wenn man von der ein oder anderen Party den Heimweg antritt :D
Ein REWE Markt, Apotheke, Sparkasse und MVB sind zu Fuß auch in lediglich 5min zu erreichen.
In den Mietkosten ist eigentlich alles außer Internetanschluss enthalten (sogar TV!)
